ELYRIA — Orange was Stephen Antonio Dukes’ favorite color, and it filled the sky over Ely Square on Tuesday evening as hundreds of balloons were released during a prayer vigil and remembrance service of the 26-year-old father who was gunned down last week in front of his Sheffield home.
